IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000 - 102 (1500) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> AN AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING <br /> CITY ATTORNEY CONTRACT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br /> MEYERS, NAVE, RIBACK, SILVER & WILSON <br /> An amendment to the contract between the City of San Leandro and Meyers, Nave, <br /> Riback, Silver & Wilson for City Attorney services originally made on March 13, 1986, a copy <br /> of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended the approval of said contract amendment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said contract amendment is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Gal van and passed and adopted this <br /> 26th day of June, 2000, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> Ayes: Council Members Gaivan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, Nardine; <br /> Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br /> Noes: None ( 0 ) <br /> Absent: None <br /> nn ( 0 ) <br /> Attest l_ .� mi ��i.0 \( t(w' \_ _1.. *Ig C& <br /> .ay.
