IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000 - 106 (1078/1221/1203/1197) <br /> RESOLUTION CONFIRMING REPORTS OF THE FINANCE DIRECTOR IMPOSING LIENS <br /> FOR NON - PAYMENT OF DELINQUENT SEWER/REFUSE SERVICE, <br /> BUSINESS LICENSE FEE, AND WEED ABATEMENT CHARGES <br /> Finding <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro has reviewed the Reports of the Finance <br /> Director, filed with the City Clerk on Monday, July 3, 2000, and bearing List No. 2000 -1 for <br /> sewer /refuse charges, List No. 2000 -2 for business license fee charges, and List No. 2000 -3 for weed <br /> abatement charges, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein. All of said charges <br /> are currently unpaid and delinquent. <br /> Pursuant to the San Leandro Municipal Code, notice was duly given of the time and place of <br /> hearing on said delinquent charges and upon any objections or protest by any of the property owners <br /> liable to be liened for non - payment of such delinquent charges. <br /> Said hearing was regularly set for the hour of 7:00 p.m. on July 17, 2000, in the City Council <br /> Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA. <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro has heard and passed on objections and protests <br /> of the property owners liable to be assessed for charges. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the City Council of the City of San Leandro confirms the Reports of the Finance Director <br /> concerning non - payment of city service charges and bearing Lists Nos. 2000 -1, 2000 -2, and 2000 -3. <br /> And it is further <br />
