EXHIBIT A <br /> • City of San Leandro <br /> Community Facilities District No.1 <br /> (Cherrywood) <br /> Description of Facilities and Services to be Financed by the CFD <br /> The Facilities and Services shown below are proposed to be financed by Community <br /> Facilities District No. 1 (Cherrywood) (the "CFD ") of the City of San Leandro (the "City "). <br /> FACILITIES <br /> The following Facilities shall include the attributable costs of engineering, design, <br /> planning, and coordination, together with the expenses related to the issuance and sale <br /> of any special tax bonds, including underwriters' discount, appraisals, reserve fund, <br /> capitalized interest, bond counsel, special tax consultant, bond and official statement <br /> printing, and all other expenses incidental thereto. The Facilities shall be constricted, <br /> whether or not acquired in their complete states, pursuant to the plans and <br /> specifications approved by the City and the officials thereof, including the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> 1. Server Facilities: <br /> The construction of sanitary sewer trunk pipeline(s) and all <br /> • <br /> appurtenances for wastewater collection required for complete ' and <br /> workable public improvements. <br /> 2. Water System Improvements: <br /> The construction of water transmission pipelines and all necessary <br /> appurtenances for the conveyance of domestic water required for <br /> complete and workable public improvements. <br /> 3. Public School Improvements: <br /> The construction of certain public facilities and improvements to be owned by <br /> the San Leandro Unified School District. <br /> 4. Street and Bridge Improvements: <br /> The acquisition and construction of the Alvarado Street bridge. <br /> SERVICES <br /> The Services consist of the maintenance associated with the Alvarado Street <br /> bridge. <br /> Exhibit A <br /> Pagel <br />
