Notwithstanding the requirements of Section 4.10, nothing therein <br /> prohibits the issuance of a Certificate of Completion for portions of the project <br /> that are completed prior to the completion of the Developer Improvements in their <br /> entirety. Furthermore, the Agency hereby acknowledges that the following <br /> components of'the Developer Improvements remain incomplete as of the date of <br /> this Certificate of Completion: (a) a portion of the Minimum Office Improvements <br /> consisting of one approximately 50,000 square foot office building (commonly <br /> referred to as Building "8") on Parcel A of Parcel Map 7758; and one <br /> approximately 50,000 square foot office building (commonly referred to as <br /> Building "C ") on Parcel C of Parcel Map 7758. <br /> 6. The Right of Reentry as provided in Section 7 of the Agency Deed <br /> is hereby terminated with respect to Parcels B and D of Parcel Map 7758. These <br /> provisions remain in full force and affect for Parcels A and C of Parcel Map 7758. <br /> 7.
