IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITW OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000 -113 ' (2028) <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN <br /> AGREEMENT \VTI'H THE DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION (formerly Downtown Business <br /> Association) FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE DOWNTOWN SAN LEANDRO <br /> BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (BID) AND AUTHORIZES THE COLLECTION OF <br /> VOLUNTARY BID ASSESSMENTS BY THE DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION ON BEHALF <br /> OF THE CITY <br /> An agreement between the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro Downtown <br /> Association (formerly the San Leandro Downtown Business Association). a copy of which is <br /> attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this 17th day of <br /> July 2000, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> Ayes: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, Nardine; <br /> Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br /> Noes: None ( 0 ) <br /> Absent: None ( 0 ) <br /> Attest: tS ic. s..
