IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 116 (2870) <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME FOR COMMENCEMENT OF WORK <br /> AND TIME OF COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS PURSUANT TO THE <br /> SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS) <br /> FOR TRACT 6929, END OF BOXWOOD AVENUE, <br /> SUBDIVIDER AND OWNER: HOPE LUTHERAN CHURCH OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> Recitals <br /> A Tract Map entitled "Tract Map 6929, in the City of San Leandro, Alameda County, <br /> • California" was approved by this Council at its meeting on September 7, 1999, by Resolution <br /> No. 99 -132. <br /> The City and Subdivider have executed a Subdivision Improvement Agreement to <br /> guarantee the completion of the required improvement associated with said Map. <br /> The Subdivider has requested an extension of the time of commencement and time of <br /> completion, said request made pursuant to the provisions of said Agreement. <br /> The City Engineer has recommended that said request be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> A. That the work to be performed pursuant to said Agreement shall commence on or <br /> before the 24 day of July 2000, and that said work shall be completed on or before the 24 day <br /> of July 2001. <br /> B. Prior to commencement of work, the Subdivider shall furnish the City with new <br /> or amended improvement bonds in amounts to reflect increases in the cost of constructing the <br /> required improvements, and all inspection deposits as determined by the City Engineer. <br />
