IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI -IE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 117 (2879 ) <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR <br /> DOOLITTLE DRIVE SEWER REHABILITATION, <br /> PROJECT NO. 99- 593 -52 -117 <br /> Pursuant to a contract between the City and Mountain Cascade, Inc., dated January 3, <br /> 2000, Doolittle Drive Sewer Rehabilitation, Project No. 99- 593 -52 -117, has been completed. <br /> Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br /> and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br /> recommends that said work be accepted. <br /> NOW. THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br /> project. <br /> 3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br /> are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br /> 4. That upon completion of the one -year Maintenance Period established pursuant to <br /> • said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director. the City <br /> Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for maintenance of the work <br /> hereinbefore described. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this <br /> 17 day of July 2000, by the following called vote: <br />
