IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 118 (2811) <br /> Recitals <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000/2001 <br /> FOR THE HERON BAY MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 96 -3, <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does resolve as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to the provisions of the San Leandro Municipal <br /> Code, Chapter S, Title 11 (hereafter referred to as the "Code ") did order the Engineer, NBS <br /> Government Finance Group, to prepare and file a report in accordance with the Code, in <br /> connection with the proposed levy and collection of assessments for the district known and <br /> designated as the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District (Assessment District No. 96 -3) <br /> (hereafter referred to as the "District "), for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2000 and ending <br /> June 30, 2001; and. <br /> WHEREAS, the Engineer has prepared and fled with the City Clerk of the City of San <br /> Leandro and the City Clerk has presented to the City Council such report entitled "Annual <br /> Engineer's Report, Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District Assessment District No. 96 -3, <br /> Fiscal Year 2000/2001" (hereafter referred to as the "Report " attached hereto and made a part <br /> of); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and reviewed the Report as <br /> presented, and is satisfied with each and all of the items and documents as set forth therein, and <br /> finds that the levy has been spread in accordance with the special benefits received from the <br />
