T. Suspension of Rent Stabilization Request; <br /> In consideration of the execution of this Agreement by the Landlord, and to the extent <br /> permitted by law, the City will suspend consideration of the adoption of a mobilehome <br /> home rent control or stabilization ordinance. If, however, Landlord shall fail to fulfill its <br /> obligations under this Agreement, the City is free to consider enactment of a mobile <br /> home rent control or stabilization ordinance.
