IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000 - 137 (2096) <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM <br /> CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999 -2000 AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION THEREOF <br /> BY THE CITY MANAGER <br /> Recitals <br /> Pursuant to provisions of' the Housing and Community Development Act and <br /> amendments, the Federal government requires local communities to submit a Consolidated <br /> Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) on the use of Community Development Block <br /> Grant Funds. <br /> The City of San Leandro, as'required by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development, has duly published notice of such hearing and has conducted a public hearing to <br /> obtain the views of citizens on the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report <br /> (CAPER) for fiscal year 1999 -00. <br /> A copy of said Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The Council is familiar with the <br /> report. <br /> The City Manager recommends execution and submission of said Consolidated Annual <br /> Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) as attached. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br />
