IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 145 (1022) <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING RESTRICTED PARKING, MUNICIPAL PARKING LOTS, <br /> PARKING BY PERMIT ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS, 8:00 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M., <br /> SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS EXCEPTED, TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1 OF <br /> THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE, IN THE OFF- STREET PORTION OF <br /> THE PLAZA 2 PARKING LOT <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6 -1 -800 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the <br /> City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> Section 1- Parking in the following municipal parking lots from 8:00 A.M., to 5:00 <br /> P.M.. Sundays and Holidays Excepted, shall be restricted as follows: <br /> PLAZA 2 PARKING LOT, Parking by Permit Only, No Exceptions, 8:00 A.M. TO 5:00 <br /> P.M., Sundays and Holidays excepted, in the off- street portion of the Plaza 2 Parking Lot. <br /> Section 2.
