IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 147 (1022) <br /> RESOLUTION DELETING RESTRICTED PARKING, 10-HOUR PARKING, <br /> 8:00 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M. SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS EXCEPTED. <br /> TITLE VI. CHAPTER 1 OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE, <br /> HYDE STREET PARKING LOT <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6 -1 -500 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the <br /> City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> Section 1. The following municipal parking lots are deleted from restricted parking. <br /> 10-hour parking, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Saturdays. Sundays, and <br /> Holidays excepted: <br /> 1 -IYDE STREET, along the east side of the Hyde Street Parking Lot. <br /> Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 shall be added to Chapter 14. §1400 of the <br /> San Leandro Traffic Code. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Glaze and passed and adopted this <br /> 18th day of September 2000, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Council Members Galvan, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, Nardine; <br /> Mayor Young (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> Attest: <br /> Gayle Peter n.
