IN TI -IE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000 149 (1022) <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING RESTRICTED PARKING, PARKING BY PERMIT ONLY, <br /> NO EXCEPTIONS, 8:00 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M., MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, EXCEPT <br /> HOLIDAYS, TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1 OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE, <br /> HYDE STREET PARKING LOT <br /> Pursuant to Section 6 -1 -800 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the City Council of the <br /> City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> Section 1. There shall he Parking by Permit Only, No Exception, between the hours <br /> of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays, on the following <br /> municipal parking lots or portions of lots: <br /> HYDE STREET PARKING LOT, Parking by Permit Only, No Exceptions, 8:00 A.M. to <br /> 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays, along the eastern side and north of the <br /> east/west drive aisle of the 1-Iyde Street Parking Lot. <br /> Section 2.
