Unless authorized by the Board of Directors, the dollar amount of <br /> the CHAD funding or reimbursement may not exceed 10 percent of the costs incurred by the <br /> GHAD in preventing, mitigating, abating or controlling the geologic hazard responsible for the <br /> damage.
