DN .. _ <br /> ,g7G <br /> RELINQUISHMENT OF HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY IN THE <br /> CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, ROAD 4 -ALA- 880 -PM 20.2/20.4 <br /> Request No. 56038 <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2000 -167, dated <br /> November 6, 2000, the City of San Leandro waived the 90 -day <br /> notice requirement and agreed to accept title to reconstructed <br /> city street, upon relinquishment thereof to said City by the <br /> State of California; and <br /> WHEREAS, the State of California has acquired right of <br /> way for and has constructed the above - mentioned collateral <br /> facilities in the City of San Leandro, between Lewelling <br /> Boulevard and Hesperian Boulevard, road 4 -Ala -880; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Commission has found and'determined, and <br /> does hereby find and determine, that it is desirable and in the <br /> public interest that said collateral facilities be relinquished <br /> to the City of San Leandro for use as a city street; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS VOTED by the California <br /> Transportation Commission that it relinquish, and it does hereby <br /> TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION PASSED BY <br /> RESOLUTION No R3475 <br /> • <br /> JAN 1 8 2001 <br /> CALIFORNIA <br /> TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION <br />
