IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -126 <br /> RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT TO WEBCOR CONSTRUCTION FOR THE <br /> ESTUDILLO CALLAN 2008 PARKING GARAGE, PROJECT NO. 08-962-86-067 <br /> Recitals <br /> The City of San Leandro did, on August 25, 2010. publicly open, examine and declare all <br /> sealed proposals or bids for doing the work described in Resolution No. 2010 -005 RDA of the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of said City adopted on June 7, 2010. which resolution is hereby expressly <br /> referred to for a description of said work and for all particulars relative to the proceedings under <br /> said resolution. <br /> Said proposals were submitted to the Engineering and Transportation Director who has <br /> recommended that the proposal hereinafter mentioned is the lowest responsive bid for doing said <br /> work. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except that herein <br /> mentioned, and hereby waives any irregularities in the proposal or bid of the lowest responsible <br /> bidder, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work to the lowest responsible bidder <br /> therefore, to wit: Webcor Construction, at the prices named in its bid on file in the Office of the <br /> City Clerk. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Souza and passed and adopted this 20th day of September, <br /> 2010, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br /> Mayor Santos (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None I (0) <br /> ATTEST: V v t LOE R 4cl aAS <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
