Task 007 - Meetings <br /> • Key Constructability Review Team staff will attend a project initiation meeting at the plant <br /> for an introduction to the project and an overview briefing by Carollo Engineers and City <br /> staff. <br /> • Conduct internal review meeting in Walnut Creek, BC office with Key Constructability <br /> Review Team and City staff. Attendance by Carollo Engineers is optional. Meeting will be <br /> scheduled to discuss the status and initial findings of the constructability review. <br /> • Optional: Following completion of Task 008, key Constructability Review Team staff will <br /> conduct a meeting with City staff and Carollo Engineers to review Carollo Engineers' <br /> responses to the findings of the constructability review, <br /> Task 008 - Deliverables <br /> • Organize comments into Excel spreadsheets formatted as shown in Table B in the RFP or <br /> in an alternative format acceptable to the City. Comments that reference the drawings <br /> shall include the drawing number and comments annotated on the drawings shall be in <br /> red. <br /> • Drawing and Specification comments shall be separated into two separate Excel <br /> spreadsheets. <br /> • Provide brief narrative summarizing comments. <br /> • Provide recommendations for further examination, if warranted. <br /> • Highlight comments of more critical nature in the final report. <br /> Task 009 - Project Management and Administration <br /> • Coordinate staffing requirements, schedules, and budgets to meet project requirements. <br /> Provide invoicing and periodic coordination with City Staff. <br /> Schedule <br /> Consultant shall complete the constructability review of the 90- percent design documents and submit the <br /> review comments to the City within 21 calendar days (excluding holidays) after receipt of the 90- percent <br /> design documents. <br /> Key Staff <br /> The following are the Consultant staff members who will be participating in the constructability review. <br /> Those noted with an asterisk (') will be attending the meetings with the City.
