CONCLUSION <br /> The adoption of the new codes, as amended. will comply with State Law and make it easier <br /> for businesses from other areas of the country to locate in San Leandro. Their designers and <br /> insurance underwriters will find that our construction code forniat corresponds to their <br /> regional codes. making it easier to plan and design their facilities. <br /> Upon approval by the Council, a hearing and final reading on the proposed codes will be set <br /> for November 15. 2010, with an effective date ofJanuary 1, 2011 for the new codes. <br /> Construction Code Standards Adoption 4 October 18. 2010 <br />
