MINUTES Page 3 City of San Leandro City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting —September 20, 2010 There being no comments from the public, and without objection, the Public Hearing was closed. • Resolution No. 2010 -008 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Adopting the 2010 -2014 Implementation Plan (adopts a 5- year implementation plan covering the goals and objectives in the project areas and in affordable housing, as required by California Health and Safety Code Section 33490). M /S /C Starosciak and Prola. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 B. Matter of Approval of Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report [CAPER] of the 2009 -2010 Consolidated Plan. This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager Hollister introduced Housing/CDBG Manager Tom Liao. Mr. Liao gave a PowerPoint presentation, reviewing the accomplished objectives listed in the Five -Year Consolidated Plan. He reported that no public comments have been received during the comment period to date, and the final CAPER will be submitted to HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) by October 1. Mr. Liao responded to questions from the Council. The Hearing was then opened to the public. There being no comments from the public, and without objection, the Public Hearing was closed. • Resolution No. 2010 -116, Resolution Approving the 2009 -2010 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report [CAPER] and Authorizing Submission Thereof by the City Manager (approves the CAPER, as required by the U.S. Department of' Housing and Urban Development [HUD] regulations, describing all the projects undertaken and funds expended during the program year, as formulated by the Consolidated Action Plan for 2009 - 2010).
