Announcements <br /> Mayor Santos noted the many members of the public in attendance for Action Items <br /> 10.A. and 10.B. With the concurrence of the City Council, these items would be taken <br /> out of order, and considered directly after Item 2, Presentations/Recognitions. <br /> 2.
