The <br /> suspension constitutes a motion for reconsideration of the action, to be voted upon at this <br /> meeting. <br /> I'ublic Comments on Item 10.13.: <br /> .ferry Engler, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, requesting the Council's <br /> support for Measure M. <br /> Paul Pierce, San Leandro resident and President of the San Leandro Swim Team, <br /> addressed the City Council, commenting on the importance of the Council's formal <br /> endorsement of Measure M. <br /> Martin Capron, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, urging the Council to <br /> support Measure M. <br /> End of Public Comments on Item 10.13. <br /> Councilmembers voiced support for Measure M, while expressing some concern about the <br /> process for support of ballot measures. <br /> • Resolution No. 2010 -128, Resolution Supporting Measure M, San Leandro Sports <br /> Facilities School Bond (supports Measure M on the November 2010 ballot to fund <br /> renovations and improvements to sports facilities at San Leandro schools and at Burrell <br /> Field). <br /> M /S /C Prola and Reed.
