Resolution No. 2010 -129, Resolution Approving a Consultant Services Agreement Between the City of San Leandro and Environmental Science Associates [ESA] for Preparation of a Harbor Basin Alternatives Study; and to Increase Budget for Expenditure Account 597 -57- 003 -5120 by $22,000 (provides alternative configurations for the Harbor Basin and options for the Dredged Material Management Site [DMMS] as an expanded and improved habitat), Cost: Not to exceed $70,361.00 with $35,180.50 to be reimbursed by Cal- Coast, the master developer for the Marina area. C. Resolution of Award of Construction Contract to the Chrisp Company for the East 14 Street Striping and Pedestrian Improvements, Project No. 09- 120 -38 -244 (recommends award to the lowest responsive bidder in the amount of $118,255 for the subject project).
