CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Vice Mayor Ursula Reed. Vice Mayor Reed <br />chaired the meeting in the absence of Mayor Santos. <br /> <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Reed led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />B. Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Members Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens <br /> <br />ABSENT: Mayor Santos <br /> <br />C. Announcements <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Reed read a statement regarding Mayor Tony Santos. In the statement, <br />Mayor Santos thanked everyone who had expressed concern for his well-being. He <br />expressed assurances that he was simply fatigued, and after resting at home, would <br />resume his official duties in service to the City. <br /> <br /> <br /> 2. PRESENTATIONS/ RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEARINGSCITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the <br />fill out a speaker card <br />Mayor. When you address the City Council, you should and submit it <br />to the City Clerk so the order of speakers may be determined and an official record of names <br />and addresses obtained. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br /> 4.
