IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -135 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NON - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND MARTIN INDUSTRIES, INC., DBA <br /> CLIMATECH, FOR THE BUILDINGS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROJECT <br /> An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Martin Industries, Inc., DBA <br /> Climatech, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this I st day of November, <br /> 2010, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br /> Mayor Santos (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: ikA A !L %MILLS) L <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
