Announcements <br />Mayor Santos announced that Barbara Bernstein would make a brief presentation on the <br />2-1-1 phone service. <br /> 2. PRESENTATIONS/ RECOGNITIONS <br />Resolution No. 2010-134 <br />A.,Resolution Appointing Christopher M. Crow as District 2 <br />Member to Planning Commission. <br />M/S/C Starosciak and Prola. Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Absent:1 (Reed) <br />Newly-appointed Planning Commissioner Christopher Crow took his Oath of Office <br />administered by City Clerk Marian Handa. <br />Barbara Bernstein, Executive Director of Eden I&R, gave a presentation on the 2-1-1 <br />communication system, which provides access to housing information and health and human <br />services. The system handles approximately 8,800 calls per month;an additional 2,000-4,000 <br /> <br />
