DRAFT MINUTES Page 4 November 1, 2010 City of San Leandro City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting Minute Order No. 2010-040 ,Motion Approving and Issuing a Written Report, as Required by Government Code Section 65858(d), Describing the Measures Taken to Alleviate the Conditions Which Led to the Adoption of the Interim Urgency Ordinance Imposing a Moratorium on Medical Marijuana Dispensaries, Marijuana Cultivation Facilities, or Other Land Uses that Could Be Proposed Should Proposition 19 Be Approved by Voters on November 2, 2010. The City Council approved and issued a written report, as required by Government Code Section 65858(d), describing the measures taken to alleviate the conditions which led to the adoption of the interim urgency ordinance imposing a moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries, marijuana cultivation facilities, or other land uses that could be proposed should Proposition 19 be approved by voters on November 2, 2010. DBA Climatech for the Buildings Management System Project (provides for new systems with greater ability to control individual zones of lighting and heating, ventilation, and cooling [HVAC]). Cost: Not to exceed $256,357, funded through the federal Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant [EECBG]. Resolution No. 2010-136 E.,Resolution of Intention Calling for a Public Hearing to Establish an Underground Utility District on Eden Road from Doolittle Drive to Davis Street, and Setting the Date for a Public Hearing on January 3, 2011 (schedules a public hearing for the establishment of an Underground Utility District). Resolution No. 2010-137 F.,Resolution Authorizing the Reimbursement of Funding Received Under Funds Advanced to the City Pursuant to a State Revolving Fund Financing Agreement with the State Water Resources Control Board [SWRCB] for the Water Pollution Control Plant [WPCP] Rehabilitation Project, Project No. 593-52-239 (authorizes the reimbursement of State Revolving Fund financing for the construction of upgrades to the WPCP). 9.
