Most expressed
gratitude for the shuttle, and encouraged LINKS to continue as a free service.
Conclusions
Shuttle riders continue to quite satisfied with the LINKS service. As the population it serves
is low income, riders again emphasize that they rely on the service, and they very much wish it to
remain free. Most say that charging a fee would cause financial hardship.
To improve the service, riders just want it to continue running. Many would welcome longer
hours.
Valerie Bruck Consulting 13 October 2010
