EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> UNDERSTANDING <br /> The Estudillo Callan 2008 Parking Garage project includes construction of a 34,000 sf, 4- storey, building, <br /> improvements to an adjoining 6,000 sf pedestrian courtyard and improvements to an adjoining 11,000 sf <br /> surface parking lot. The building is a post tensioned, reinforced concrete structure, supported on a <br /> foundation system of concrete piers cast into drilled holes. A 2,000 sf office space is included in eh first <br /> level. The courtyard and surface lot will receive grading and paving improvements. Plans and <br /> specifications for the project have been prepared by Walker Parking Consultants with geotechnical design <br /> and input provided by Parikh Consultants, Inc. <br /> The City entered into a contract with Webcor Construction, Inc. ( "General Contractor") who will furnish all <br /> labor, materials, and equipment required to build the project. The City will also execute a separate contract <br /> with Parikh Consultants, Inc to provide construction assistance related to geotechnical issues. - <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Walker and their sub - consultants shall provide structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, <br /> civil and architectural (including LEED document review) assistance and administration support through the <br /> construction phase of this project, for a period not to exceed 14 months after issuance of Webcor's Notice <br /> to Proceed. <br /> 1. Site Visits and Field Reports <br /> a.
