IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -145 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH APPLIED <br /> MATERIALS & ENGINEERING. INC. (AME) RELATED TO THE ESTUDILLO CALLAN <br /> 2008 PARKING GARAGE PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 08-962-86-067 <br /> Recitals <br /> An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Applied Materials & Engineering, <br /> Inc.
