IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -148 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR SPRINGLAKE DRIVE ROAD <br /> REFIABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 09- 150 -38 -318 <br /> Pursuant to a contract between the City and Bay Cities Paving and Grading, Inc., the <br /> Springlake Drive Road Rehabilitation project, Project No. 09- 150 -38 -318, has been completed. <br /> Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br /> and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br /> recommends that said work be accepted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br /> project. <br /> 3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br /> are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br /> 4. That upon completion of the one -year Maintenance Period established pursuant to <br /> said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br /> Director, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore <br /> given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 6th day of December, <br /> 2010, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak.
