Rules and Communications Committee Meeting of November 23, 2010. Accepted as submitted. Recommendation for City Council Consideration: a. Schedule consideration and approval of the 2010 update to the Councilmembers Handbook. The City Council approved this recommendation. C. Resolution Accepting the Annual Report of the West San Leandro Shuttle Business Improvement District [BID] Fiscal Year 2010 -11 and Directing the City Manager to Impose the BID Assessment at the Current Rate (accepts the annual report on the performance of the LEv&S Shuttle and imposes the current assessment at $25.00 per business plus $10.88 per employee for businesses in the BID area with greater than 5 employees). Resolution No. 2010 -144 Resolution Approving a Consulting Services Agreement with Walker Parking Consultants Related to the Estudillo Callan 2008 Parking Garage Project, Project No. 08- 962 -86 -067 (provides for professional constriction support for the subject project). Cost: $244,000. E. Resolution No. 2010 -145 Resolution Approving a Consulting Services Agreement with Applied Materials & Engineering, Inc. [AME] Related to the Estudillo Callan 2008 Parking Garage Project, Project No. 08- 962 -86 -067 (provides for special inspection services through the constriction phase of the subject project). Cost: $111,121.
