Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Absent: 1 (Santos) • Ordinance No. 2010 -020, an Ordinance Repealing Article 1 and Adding Article I to Chapter 3 of Title III of the San Leandro Municipal code, Amending the State - Mandated California Building Standards Code. and Adopting by Reference the International Fire Code, as Amended Relating to Fire Code (adopts relevant codes by reference with minor structural amendments relating to updating seismic design criteria based on City's proximity to earthquake faults and corrections to the model code structural design standards). — Adopted M /S /C Starosciak and Souza.
