IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-153 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE ACCOUNTING REPORT FOR <br /> DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS (DFSI) <br /> AND PARK DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009 -10 <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> Following availability of the documentation used in preparing the annual accounting report <br /> (AB 1600) on development fees for street improvements (DFSI) and park development fees pursuant <br /> to Section 66006 of the Government Code, this Council has reviewed and considered the data <br /> contained in the Accounting Reports, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> Now, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 66006 of the Government Code, the City Council <br /> does hereby approve and confirm the accounting records covering the collection of all development <br /> fees for street improvement (DFSI) and park development fees, refunds, interest earnings, other <br /> income and expenditures for Fiscal Year 2009 -2010 as more specifically set forth in the Accounting <br /> Reports. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 20th day of December, <br /> 2010, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens: <br /> Mayor Santos (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: 1714.01112.0-1/1 � <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
