IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2011- <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION OF THE MAYOR <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to Section 260 of the Charter of the City of San Leandro, the <br /> Mayor shall receive a salary established by ordinance. <br /> Section 2. For the period January 1, 2011 through June 30, 2011, the Mayor shall <br /> receive a salary in the amount of "Zero" Dollars ($0) a month. In addition, the Mayor shall be <br /> entitled to the same benefits and reimbursements for expenses as are Council Members, <br /> including compensation as a member of the Board of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> San Leandro pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33114.5. <br /> Section 3. Commencing July 1, 2011, the Mayor shall receive a salary in the amount <br /> of Two Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Dollars ($2,520.00) a month. <br /> Section 4. Ordinance No. 2006 -020 is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> Section 5. The provisions of this ordinance shall be operative as of January 1, 2011. <br /> Section 6. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption.
