C06- 7002 -110. <br /> SUNIMARY AND RECOMMENDATION <br /> It is recommended that the City Council rescind Resolution No. 2010 -122 and adopt a resolution <br /> dedicating the source of revenue to repay the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan for the <br /> construction of the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) Rehabilitation project. <br /> BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS <br /> The City is in the process of obtaining a low interest loan from the State Revolving Fund (SRF), <br /> administered through the State Clean Water Resources Board (SCWRB). One of the <br /> requirements for loan approval is the dedication of a source of funds to repay the loan. The <br /> dedication was brought before the Council on September 20, 2010 and subsequently approved by <br /> Resolution No. 2010 -122. <br /> Unfortunately, the Resolution's title contained a clerical error and the SCWRB will not accept an <br /> administrative correction of the Resolution. SCWRB requires Council approval of the corrected <br /> Resolution title. The requested action will rescind the previously adopted Resolution No. 2010- <br /> 122 and in its place adopt a new resolution with an acceptable title. <br /> Current City Council Policy <br /> Ensure well- maintained sewer facilities. <br />
