IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 2011-002 <br /> SUBJECT: Matter of a Cooperative Agreement Between the City and Redevelopment <br /> Agency, Whereby the Agency Pledges Funds in Support of Specified <br /> Projects (pledges funding for critical, ongoing redevelopment projects in <br /> response to the proposed State legislation to disband redevelopment <br /> agencies). <br /> MEETING DATE: January 17, 2011 <br /> ACTION: By motion, the City Council added to the agenda consideration of a <br /> letter to State officials opposing the elimination of redevelopment <br /> agencies. The Council found that there was a need to take immediate <br /> action to consider the letter, and that this need came to the City's <br /> attention after the agenda was posted. <br /> VOTE: M/S/C Souza and Prola.
