CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m. <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />Councilmember Prola led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />B. Roll Call <br />PRESENT: Members Prola, Souza, Starosciak; Mayor Cassidy <br />ABSENT: Members Cutter, Gregory, Reed <br />C. Announcements <br />None. <br />2. BUSINESS ITEMS <br />Public Comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the Mayor. <br />When you address the City Council, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it to the <br />City Cleric so the order of speakers may be determined and an official record of names and <br />addresses obtained. The public is invited to make comments on Business Items only at this <br />time. <br />A. Matter of a Cooperative Agreement Between the City and Redevelopment Agency, <br />Whereby the Agency Pledges Funds in Support of Specified Projects (pledges funding <br />for critical, ongoing redevelopment projects in response to the proposed State legislation <br />to disband redevelopment agencies). <br />
