IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011 - <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NON - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND KINETICS MECHANICAL SERVICE, INC. (KMS) FOR <br /> THE HVAC REPLACEMENT AT SOUTH OFFICES PROJECT <br /> An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Kinetics Mechanical Service, Inc. <br /> (KMS), a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember and passed and adopted this 7` day of <br /> February, 2011, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: <br /> NOES: <br /> ABSENT: <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
