WPCP Rehab <br /> P&S and Call for Bids 3 February 7, 2010 <br /> Existing facilities, including two primary clarifiers, two secondary clarifiers, two digesters and <br /> an effluent pump station will be rehabilitated. In addition, the electrical distribution system will <br /> be upgraded for redundancy and improved reliability. The Administration Control Building will <br /> be upgraded and expanded for improved services, including accommodating the needs of the <br /> men and women who work at the facility and to comply with American with Disability Act <br /> (ADA) requirements. The Administration Building has been included as part of the total <br /> construction contract, contingent upon receiving favorable bids.
