AGREEMENT GRANTING LICENSE FOR A PIPELINE ALONG, IN, UNDER, THROUGH AND OVER CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, WAYS, ALLEYS AND PLACES IN THE CITY OF SAN'LEANDRO • AGREEMENT made and entered into this 1st day of July , 1968, by and between the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City," and SOUTHERN PACIFIC PIPE LINES, INC., a corporation,. . • hereinafter referred to as "Licensee." • .. RECITALS Licensee desires to transport refined petroleum and other liquid hydrocarbon substances through underground pipelines in City. and Licensee intends to eon -. etruct, maintain and use said underground•pipelines for the transmission of its refined petroleum products and other liquid hydrocarbon substances.
