Resolution No. 2011 -015 Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a <br />Supplemental Agreement with Union Pacific Railroad Company [UPRR] to Document <br />an Existing Sanitary Sewer Pipeline Crossing Railroad Right of Way (updates records <br />by documenting the existence of the sanitary sewer pipeline crossing, which will allow <br />for improvements, updates and maintenance of the facility). <br />N. Resolution No. 2011 -016 Resolution Approving Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement <br />Granting License for a Pipeline Along, In, Under, Through and Over Certain Public <br />Streets, Ways, Alleys, and Places in the City of San Leandro with SFPP L.P. (maintains <br />all of the existing requirements, adds requirements for bonding and safety, revises the <br />fee calculation method to State standards, extends the term, and updates the contact <br />information). <br />9. Approve entering into a consulting services agreement with Pacific Cost Farmers' <br />Market Association [PCFMA] at a cost not to exceed $29,400 for the management <br />and operation of the 2011 -2013 Farmers' Markets. <br />The City Council approved this recommendation. <br />b. Approve entering into a consulting services agreement with The Placemaking <br />Group at a cost not to exceed $10,000 for facilitation of a business working group <br />and the development of a Branding and Marketing Strategy. <br />
