Approve entering into a consulting services agreement with Pacific Cost Farmers' <br /> Market Association [PCFMA] at a cost not to exceed $29,400 for the management <br /> and operation of the 2011 -2013 Farmers' Markets. <br /> The City Council approved this recommendation. <br /> b. Approve entering into a consulting services agreement with The Placernaking <br /> Group at a cost not to exceed $10,000 for facilitation of a business working group <br /> and the development of a Branding and Marketing Strategy. <br />
