MINUTES Page 3 <br /> City of San Leandro City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting — February 7, 2011 <br /> REGULAR MEETING 7:00 PM —Cite Council Chambers <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:11 p.m. <br /> A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br /> Councilmember Cutter led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> B. Roll Call <br /> PRESENT: Members Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> C. Announcements <br /> City Clerk Marian Handa announced that anyone wishing to address the City Council <br /> should complete and submit a speaker card. <br /> 2. PRESENTATIONS/ RECOGNITIONS <br /> None. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEARINGS COUNCIL <br /> Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the <br /> Mayor. When you address the City Council, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it <br /> to the City Clerk so the order of speakers may be determined and an official record of names <br /> and addresses obtained. <br /> A. Matter of Adoption of the 2010 Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan and Approval of the <br /> Establishment of a Permanent Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee [BPAC] <br /> (updates the plan as a prerequisite for bicycle and pedestrian grant funding programs). <br /> This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager <br /> Steve Hollister introduced Engineering and Transportation Director Uche Udemezue. <br /> Mr. Udemezue provided a brief overview of the matter, and introduced Principal <br /> Engineer Keith Cooke. <br />
