IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011-052 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR PARK PATHWAYS (WW) PROJECT, <br /> PROJECT NO. 10- 150 -38 -306 <br /> Pursuant to a contract between the City of San Leandro and Guerra Construction Group <br /> dated July 19, 2010 by Resolution No. 2010 -098, Guerra Construction Group has completed the <br /> Park Pathways Project, Project No. 10- 150 -38 -306. <br /> Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and to the <br /> satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, who therefore recommends that said <br /> work be accepted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br /> project. <br /> 3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br /> are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br /> 4. That upon completion of the one -year Maintenance Period established pursuant to <br /> said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br /> Director, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore <br /> given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 22nd day of February, <br /> 2011, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Marian Handa, City C erk <br />
