ORDER NO.: 1113005947 -KP • <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> The land referred to is situated in the County of Alameda, City of San Leandro, State of <br /> California, and is described as follows: <br /> PARCEL ONE: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the northern line of Joaquin Avenue, formerly Tobin Avenue, <br /> with the northeastern line of East 14th Street, formerly Hayward Avenue; running thence along <br /> said line of Joaquin Avenue north 70° 35' east 103.44 feet to the intersection thereof with the <br /> southwestern boundary line of the land described In the Deed from Juana M: Estudillo, et al., to <br /> James Gorvvin, dated December 31, 1867 and recorded in Book 29 of Deeds, Page 672, <br /> Alameda County Records, and now or formerly owned by Dr. C. N.
