Matter of Fiscal Year 2010 -11 Mid -Year Budget Review and Recommended Budget <br /> Adjustments (provides for net adjustments of $3,541,163). <br /> Finance Director Tracy Vesely gave a PowerPoint presentation on the mid -year budget <br /> update. Ms. Vesely's presentation covered mid -year budget adjustments, a review of <br /> the FY 2011 second quarter status of General Fund revenues and expenditures, and the <br /> status of the other revenue fund balances. <br /> Staff responded to questions from the Council. <br /> • Resolution No. 2011 -054, Resolution of the City Council of the City of San <br /> Leandro Approving 2010 -11 Mid -Year Budget Amendment to Reflect Mid -Year <br /> Adjustments to the City of San Leandro Budget (provides for adjustments funded <br /> from new revenues and available fund balances). <br /> M/S /C Reed and Cutter. Report on Closed Session Actions Taken <br /> City Attorney Jayne Williams reported that the City Council met earlier this evening in <br /> closed session regarding the existing litigation involving the International Church of the <br /> Foursquare Gospel v. City of San Leandro. On February 15 the Ninth Circuit Court of <br /> Appeals issued a decision, which reversed the U.S. District Court's granting of a <br /> summary judgment in the City's favor, and remanded the case back to the U.S. District <br /> Court for further proceedings. <br /> Ms. Williams reported that the City Council, by unanimous vote, authorized the City <br /> Attorney to file a petition for rehearing before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. <br />
