Section 4 -26 -2100 of Chapter 4 -26 of the San Leandro Municipal Code is <br /> hereby amended as follows (additions in underline; deletions in strtkethrreugh): <br /> Ch 1 9 of'this C <br /> Decisions of the Library- Historical Commission Secretary may be appealed to the <br /> Library- Historical Commission. Such appeals shall be filed with the Library Services Director <br /> within fifteen (15) days of the date of the decision. <br /> Decisions of the Library- Historical Commission may be appealed to the City Council. <br /> Such appeals shall be filed with the City Clerk within fifteen (15) days of the date of the <br /> decision. <br /> An appeal shall be scheduled before the appellate body for a decision within forty -five <br /> (45) days of the City's receipt of the appeal, unless both applicant and appellant consent to a later <br /> date. <br /> Appealed items shall be noticed in a manner required for the item being appealed as <br /> prescribed in Section 4 -26 -400. <br /> Any proposal regarding a designated historic resource, or potentially eligible historic <br /> resource that is denied by the Library- Historical Commission, the Commission Secretary or the <br /> City Council may be presented for a new decision after: <br /> (a) New information is presented regarding the resource; <br /> (b) The proposed project has changed significantly from that originally presented; or <br /> (c) Two (2) years have passed since the original presentation date. <br /> Section 19. Section 6 -6 -205 of Chapter 6 -6 of the San Leandro Municipal Code is <br /> hereby amended as follows (additions in underline; deletions in stfket etugh): <br /> 6 -6 -205 REVOCATION OF DRIVER'S IDENTIFICATION CARD. <br /> The City Manager or his designee shall revoke or suspend any driver's identification card <br /> in the event the holder there of violates any of the provisions of this Chapter or is convicted of <br /> reckless driving (Vehicle Code § 23103) or for the violation of any law, which violation, in the <br /> discretion of the City Manager or his designee, shall be deemed sufficient evidence of the fact <br /> that said driver will not operate a motor vehicle in a safe manner.
