IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESIDENT GREEN FEES <br /> FOR THE MONARCH BAY GOLF CLUB <br /> (MARINA GOLF COURSE ONLY) <br /> American Golf Corporation has requested an increase in resident green fees in two <br /> categories at the Marina Golf Course of the Monarch Bay Golf Club, effective April 1, 2011. <br /> The resident green fee rate schedule for the Monarch Bay Golf Club, a copy of which is <br /> attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. The City Manager has <br /> recommended approval of said fees. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the said fees are hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Cutter and passed and adopted this 21st day of March, <br /> 2011, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: 11 Ana f,L'lit, aiaAAL, <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
