No Impact. No Prime Farmland, Unique Farmland, or Farmland of Statewide Importance (Farmland) is located on or near the project site (California Department of Conservation 2008). Therefore, the implementation of the proposed project would not convert Farmland to a non- agricultural use. b) Conflict with existing zoning for agricultural use, or a Williamson Act contract? No Impact. The project site is not zoned for agricultural use and is not under a Williamson Act contract.
