LSA ASSOCIATES. INC. CEQA INITIAL STUDY/MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> MARCH 1011 PRCDA STREET PIPE BRIDGES UPGRADE <br /> SAN LEANDRO. CALIFORNIA <br /> Less Than Significant Impact. The impacts of the proposed project are individually limited and <br /> not cumulatively considerable. All environmental impacts that could occur as a result of the <br /> proposed project would be reduced to a less than significant level through implementation of the <br /> mitigation measures recommended in this Initial Study and, when viewed in conjunction with <br /> other closely related past, present or reasonably foreseeable future projects. would not be <br /> significant. <br /> c) Does the project have environmental effects which will cause substantial adverse effects on <br /> human beings, either directly or indirectly? <br /> Less Than Significant with Mitigation Incorporated.
